KEY SKILLS • Level 3 Permit to work issuer and Yellow risk assessor (highest level for production operators) ISSOW level 2 for offshore • Health & Safety qualifications including NVQ level 4, NEBOSH General, Fire & Construction certificates. • Commissioning and decommissioning experience Responsible for the writing and reviewing of refinery procedures • Flexible, with the ability to continuously adapt to changing working environments • Member of the first response auxiliary fire and rescue team for six years • Excellent planning and organizational skills • Atmospheric gas tester • Recognising the importance of team working, and striving to build team strength and morale • Authorised to isolate electrical switchgear up to 3.3kv • Highly accomplished in verbal and written communication at all levels; calm, accurate and effective under pressure.
